The Archives and Special Collections are located on the 3rd floor of Memorial Library. The reading room, is located with B305 on that floor (adjacent to the archives).
This reading room is equipped with two high resolution scanners. Visitors may use these scanners, with the assistance of the Archivist & Instructional Services Librarian (and adhere to copyright limitations) to capture photographs or documents. Cropping and editing features are also available and the scans may be saved as PDF, JPEG, or PNG files. Scans may be sent your email or saved on USB devices. All visitations are done through appointment, the College Archives does not have walk-in hours, and materials do not circulate outside of the reading room.
Visitors may be asked to sign in upon arrival. They may be asked to leave their book bags on the shelf upon entering. We encourage pencil over pen use in the archives and recommend gloves (provided in the archives). No food or drink is permissable.
