What is Microfilm?

Microfilm or Microfiche is an analog storage method which is exposed and developed into small photographic records. In most cases, these are made of newspapers and magazines. 

All microfilm and microfiche is located just outside the archives. Users do not need to schedule an appointment to use any microfilm, as long as the library is open, users may utilize them. All of the film and machines are located in the third-floor North-wing side of the library.

There are two microfilm machines available to use. Users may ask for assistance by calling the Help Center and or the Research Help Desk (both located on the first floor).
