Patrons using a screen reader may turn on accessibility mode themselves – no librarian or tech support needed. For patrons who don’t use a screen reader but have accessibility needs, accessibility mode can be requested for their account at ebooksupport@proquest.com.
Once in the Ebook Central reader, access your profile by clicking on Settings on the upper right hand corner of your screen and choose Profile from the drop down menu.
Once in your profile, scroll down to Accessibility Mode and check "Enable Accessibility Mode", then scroll down and check "I agree to ProQuest's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service", and then click the "Save Changes" button.
