How do I place materials on Reserve?
Please submit the Reserves Request Form. Materials may then be dropped off at the The Help Center.
The processing time for Reserves is two weeks. Reserves are processed in the order they are received. Please plan accordingly.
How long can items be left on Reserve?
Items will be removed (and personal items returned) from reserves at the end of the semester.
How do I put a video on reserve? What if I want my students to watch a video?
Links to streaming video and other electronic resources should be placed in Brightspace directly rather than in Course Reserves. See the Streaming Video guide for further information about our videos.
If the materials I want aren't owned by the Library, can I request that they be purchased?
If a faculty member wishes to request materials that are not owned by Memorial Library already, they may request the item by filling out the Materials Request Form
