Ask A Librarian

How do I contact a librarian?

One way to contact a librarian is on the Library tab on MyRedDragon. Under "Library Hours" on the right side of the page is a section labeled "Ask a Librarian." This will provide you with a few options for contacting a librarian.

You can also contact a librarian using the "Ask a Librarian" widget on ONESearch. Click on the red dragon icon labeled "Ask a Librarian" and a slide-out chat widget will appear.

You can even find contact information without being on MyRedDragon. The Memorial Library website has options for reaching out to a librarian, either by using the "Ask a Librarian" slide-out chat widget or visiting the Contact/Help page for more options.

The widget is also available on the ILLiad homepage after you log into your account.

What if I need help and Research Help is closed?

Even when the Research Help desk and the library is closed, there will still be a librarian (from another college or university) available for help through AskUs 24/7. Just use the "Ask a Librarian" tool and a librarian can answer your question!
