Having trouble accessing an e-resource?
- Try a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox. Chrome and Safari often have issues with library resources.
- Try to reload or refresh your browser
- If you have an existing link that is not working, try to access the same item by going through the databases page and finding the database and then the title.
- Try rebooting your computer. It sounds basic, but sometimes this can fix access issues. Are you trying to access the database from off campus, another campus or work? If so you may be behind a security firewall that is blocking database access.
- Try a different device such as a Windows laptop instead of a Mac. Some of the resources (typically videos) do not work on Apple devices due to Digital Rights Management (DRM). Laptops may be available to borrow at Circulation Help, and computer labs are available around campus as well.
- Still not getting into the databases? If you are still having issues, please open a Linking to Library Resources ticket.
