Select Survey is SUNY Cortland’s tool for creating surveys related to the business or academic needs of the campus. It is not intended to be used for the collection of private information.

• IRB related questions should be directed to SUNY Cortland's Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Features of Select Survey include:

• Active directory login allows you to restrict access to just Student Faculty or Staff, and also allows you to make your long surveys resumeable 

• Data stored on Cortland’s servers

• Multiple question types including matrix questions and ranking

• Can be deployed in Blackboard

• Data export to Excel/CSV in one of three formats including SPSS

• Powerful page condition logic to optionally display any page based on responses to questions on a previous page

• Results sharing

• Results Filtering

• Advanced Reporting includes summary reports, individual results, lists of respondents, report filtering
