Not finding what you want? Interested in more popular titles, such as manga series?
- New York State residents can apply for a New York Public Library card to access ebooks, including many manga titles... yes, even the long running series!
- Many local public libraries also have online access to manga, and if you don't see it, they might be able to get it. (For example, those local to the Cortland area can sign up for a library card in the Fingerlakes Library System... if you're a distance learner out of state, you can try a library near you).
