The first item we will be discussing is Deep Under Cover by Jack Barsky. It is an autobiography of the life of Jack Barsky, born Albrecht Dittrich in Reichenbach, East Germany. But for 2 days, he was known as William Dyson. The book details his early life growing up in socialist East Germany, entering the University of Jena, and graduating the top of his class with a major in Chemistry. Near the end of his university studies, he was approached by the KGB and eventually offered a job to spy on the United States in New York City for the Soviet Union.
