Attendance of both CLIP classes is required for all students in CPN 101/103. In order to receive a passing grade for CPN 101/103, students who miss one or both CLIP classes must either:
Alternatively, students can also attend a CLIP session with another CPN class; they must contact the professor of the class they wish to attend for prior permission in order to do so.
CLIP research appointments can help you get a better grade on your research inquiry paper! This is a one-on-one meeting with a librarian, who can assist with any of the following: narrow your research topic; provide search tips; and/or teach you to evaluate your sources. Students must sign up in advance. Drop-ins at the Research Help Desk without a prior appointment cannot be used as a CLIP make-up. Students who have already completed the research inquiry assignment should not sign up for an appointment, as the information will be not be as useful; these students should complete the alternative assignment instead.
