Both should be accessible with your My Red Dragon credentials (especially once we are connected with Banner).
If you are looking through the instructions for how to do your job and you do not see the options listed, your user id might need to have some roles added. Contact your supervisor or Jen for assistance.
The basic search box in Alma looks like this.
Select what you want to search in the persistent search box (in the example below, this is 'physical titles') and the zone (example shown is the 'house' indicating institution zone, which are the Cortland only holdings).
If you don't get the search term you want from the basic search, select 'advanced search'.
Location would be used for a Holding or an Item level search. Use the advanced search option.
