Welcome! Here are some ideas to relieve your stress and have fun relaxing provided by SUNY Cortland's Virtual PAWS for Stress Relief and the Memorial Library.

Welcome to the PAWS for Stress Relief Guide

Do you need a break? Would a fun distraction help you relax and recharge so you can return to your studies refreshed and focused? Here are some suggestions: Self-Care PracticesExercise & Meditation, Guilty Pleasures, Virtual Entertainment, or Online Games. Also Virtual & On Campus Resources including campus support systems that are available to you for mental wellness, academic assistance, food support, and emergency funds.

  • Brought to you by PAWS Committee and sponsored by Conley Counseling and Wellness Services, Cortland Auxiliary Services, and Student Affairs Office.
  • Classified staff allowed 45 minutes of release time with supervisor approval anyone regardless of vaccination status can enter the student Life Center for PAWS for Stress Relief event.
